Information for participants
Prices (per skating participant)
Participant fee (3 days – 2 x game days, roller disco and bootcamp) – €40 (approx. £35 / $45US)
Accommodation fee (incl., Breakfast 3 nights – Thurs, Fri and Sat) – €25 (approx £22 / $27US)
Food (2 meals – Lunch and Dinner – Fri, Sat and Sun) – €50 (approx £45 / $55US)
All participants receive free entry to the Roller Disco.
These options can be selected as a whole package or in any combination you like.
Sleeping arrangements will be dormitory style at a nearby school. There is kitchen, shower and bathroom facilities. Beds, linen and towels are not included. Participants must bring their own sleeping mats, sleeping bags and towels. The sleeping facilities are not mandatory, but optional for those who wish to stay here.
There is a guard crew present at the school, at all times also during day and night.
For groups of more than seven skaters, two adults will also be allowed to stay at the school. For groups of seven or less, one adult will be allowed.
There will be dedicated team wranglers/chaperones connected to each team during the tournament.
You can check in at enter the sleeping facilities from 4:30 PM Thursday. Team have to setup their rooms themselves together with their wranglers. Latest check out Sunday is 4 PM.
March 1st: Closing deadlines for applications.
March 10th: You will receive confirmation of a successful entry to the tournament.
April 2nd: A deposit of €10 per participant will be required to confirm participation. At this point you will also have to send skater information including skater photos, skater numbers, and medical/allergy/dietary information. Note: For missing photos we will use a C.A.T logo.
May 1st: Complete roster submission with level for each individual skater.
July 10th: Final payment.
If any skaters drop out after paying the deposit but before the final payment, let us know immediately – firstname.lastname@example.org – and we will adjust the final payment accordingly. After the final payment, it will not be possible to make refunds. However, the tickets are transferable to another skater.
The tournament will consist of games played at JRDA levels 2 & 3. For more information on the minimum skills requirements for these levels, click here.
If you want to add extra participants after the deadline date, please contact email@example.com with the necessary details and we’ll see if there are places still available. Depending on the number of applications we receive, space may be limited.
In order for your application to be considered, this form has to be submitted in its entirety! Once again, the deadline is March 1st 2017. You will receive a confirmation that your application has been received and contacted no later than March 10th concerning your application.
